Growing voices. Building futures. One Seed at a time.
Empowering POC and diverse communities in Australia — celebrating inspiring stories, journeys, careers, and impact-makers, one seed at a time.
We share stories that reflect the depth, talent, and leadership of POC communities across Australia.
We create a home for collaborators, young people, partners, and community supporters who want to build together.
We use media, storytelling, and community programs to inspire confidence, visibility, and action.
A platform built to educate, inspire, and open doors.
The Seed Network exists to celebrate underrepresented voices and make space for authentic stories, emerging leaders, and meaningful collaborations. Through content, film, workshops, and community-led programming, we spotlight excellence, inspire confidence, and help open doors for the next generation.
Documentaries, interviews, campaigns, and creative storytelling that spotlight voices too often overlooked.
Workshops, mentoring, and youth-focused initiatives that build confidence, identity, and direction.
Programs, collaborations, and culturally grounded projects that create belonging and real-world impact.

Bol Mayan
Founder of The Seed Network, Bol Mayan is a storyteller, community leader, and award-winning producer dedicated to reshaping narratives and amplifying underrepresented voices across Australia.
What began as a personal journey to better understand his own culture has grown into a powerful platform showcasing stories from POC and diverse communities — creating impact through media, workshops, and youth programs.
From home studio conversations after COVID to national television through C31, Bol has built The Seed Network into something bigger than content: a movement grounded in culture, opportunity, collaboration, and community.
